Trainee Jump Operator
This is a role requiring a mix of great customer service skills and competence in operations. If you are enthusiastic about adventure tourism, enjoy working in the outdoors and are comfortable at heights then we want to hear from you.
Full training will be provided with the opportunity to progress through other operations levels. If you are keen to learn, we can teach you everything you need to know and how to deliver it with excellence.
To be considered for the role you’ll need:
- Enthusiastic about adventure tourism
- Enjoy working in the outdoors
- Comfortable using ropes and harnesses
- Safe working at heights
- The permanent right to work in NZ
- Full NZ Driver Licence for at least 2years (Passenger Endorsement helpful)
- Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- over 172cm tall for operational requirements
You’ll get to work with a bunch of down to earth, kind people who do love a good banter. Our office is in a spectacular location where we get to give our customers an experience they will never forget.
A pre-employment drug test will be required along with ongoing random drug testing.
Senior Jump Master
This is a key role within our company. You will need a proven ability in health and safety policies, staff supervision and training, crisis management and emergency procedures. On a daily basis you will be responsible for the smooth running of our site, encompassing staff, customer experience and equipment. You will need to be able to plan ahead and have a practical approach to repairs and maintenance, a can-do attitude and flexibility to get the job done.
Full training will be provided. Once fully trained, this role covers all job descriptions from: Toilet Cleaner, Driver, Jump Operator, Jump Master, Site Manager and Trainer.

Customer Service Representative
We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join our team
You will be the heart of our critical relationships with our customers, agents and our operations team. We offer an exciting work environment, competitive compensation, and strong growth potential. Just gotta be keen as!
The role includes:
- Working at our town office and operations site in Arthurs point.
- Ability to work effectively within a small team and keep cool under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Detail-orientated, with initiative, organised, and focused
- Ability to self-manage
- Product sales direct and via email, telephone, website or other agents
- Have flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shift work and have own transport
- Computer skills with knowledge of POS systems, Google and Adobe products preferred
- Be happy to jump off a cliff when required
