How to download your photos and videos

Select your device

1. Find the email and click on "start download"

2. Click the safari icon

Please note you don’t need an Amazon account to download your file, this is how we send out our files every day it should be really simple.

3. click download

The file is about 200MB so it might take a while to download depending on your connection.

4. manage your download

Wait until the download is finished.

Click on the “zip” file and it will turn into a folder.

Navigate inside the folder, find the photo or video that you want, and select the “save” option to save it into your gallery.
