All the staff who worked there made this experience super fun and had me feeling reassured and safe the entire time. Joel and Jess were incredible and I am so glad they were on the platform as I jumped! It was my birthday on the 10th of December and they made it extra special with Joel and Jess sharing some words of wisdom and having a good laugh on the platform. So grateful for the chance to jump of a bridge!

I recently did the canyon swing in Queenstown and want to give a huge shout-out to Harry for being absolutely incredible. I have a major fear of heights and was genuinely terrified, but Harry was kind, patient, and reassuring from the moment we got in the van all the way through to the final drop.
He kept the mood light with his sense of humor, and his calm, supportive attitude made an experience I thought would be overwhelming actually enjoyable. He never rushed me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt safe the entire time.
